Shake Shack Brookfield: Gourmet Burgers and Delectable Shakes Await

Food was fresh and shakes were delicious. A little on the pricey side but definitely was worth trying out for the first time. The guy working the window gave us great customer service.

AMAZING! Please please please please please keep the veggie shack. I finally had an opportunity to eat here because of this wonderful option. I’d like to add, it is by far the BEST veggie burger. I had it twice for dinner this week. Wednesday and tonight! I ordered more than one, it’s that good!!! This patty is perfected. I really hope it will be a regular menu item. If so, you have a customer for life. I’ll pay the price because it’s quality and delicious. Fries are really good too. Impressed by the service here. Ordered the first time on tablet, second order at register and tonight via pick up on the app. No issues. Order was accurate. Food was hot and delicious. Restaurant is clean. Staff are nice, friendly and super kind. They work hard and it shows. The restaurant is clean and has a lot of seating. Excellent experience!

These burgers are not super greasy, which is a good thing. They taste delicious and are filling. The Shack Stack mushroom was AMAZING! The cheese inside flows out like liquid gold. What a wonderful lunch combo of this, fries, and a shake. This location opened in Brookfield within the last couple months. Totally worth a visit!!

I gave this new place a try as Shake Shack is something not common here in the Milwaukee area. I saw an offer for a new burger, something spicy and bought a double cheeseburger and fries to go with it. Online order was easy, but here are my issues. First I asked for a napkin pack online, no napkins. Second, the double Shake Shack had some undercooked beef, see pics. While some reviews mentioned that these are small and not worth the price I knew the quality of their food was the reason. I could taste it so my concerns were what I mentioned. I will try the shakes but this was not a good experience. Plus the staff person while not overly friendly could have not just borderline threw my bag to me.

The food is pricey but has good flavor. I'm always in a rush to get to the movies to even enjoy it thoroughly. However, during the movie, I am so satisfied that there is no need for popcorn or anything.

3 stars because it's given me indigestion (food poisoning?) for almost a day now. :/ For that reason plus the high price, I likely will never return. Other than that, everything tasted great! I was impressed that the spicy fries were actually spicy and the custard was really good!!! The chicken sandwich was also pretty good -the crisp breading on the chicken was the best! They also have really nice outdoor and indoor seating, if you're looking for a place to hang out with people Also- shake shack, why do you call yourselves shake shack if there is ONE SINGLE milkshake flavor available for online ordering (I think maybe there were 3 more seasonal not available online?? But that's still NOT MANY)? Smh. There's a place down south called cook out with like 50 milkshake flavors (and way better prices). I thought maybe it would be more like that. Or like Culver's. Culver's definitely wins for me. No food poisoning experiences, better prices, and you can add different flavors to make your own unique milkshake. I'll be continuing to go there for my mint milkshakes.
